From preschool to grad school, scholarships shine at the Community Foundation of Western Nevada.

Note to Scholarship Recipients

 

As a recipient of a scholarship from the Community Foundation of Western Nevada you agreed to send us your college transcripts at the end of each semester. Please remember to do that.

You will receive the next installment of your scholarship only after your transcripts have been received.

Please follow the instructions below when sending in your transcripts.  

In the body of an email, send all of the following information:  
Name of scholarship you receive (i.e., Satre Harrah’s, Claudine Williams Harrah’s, Nicole Snyder, Kendyl Ruth Williams Depoali, Diane Olds, etc.)
Your full name
Your permanent address
Your school address
Your cell and home phone numbers
Your email address Year in school (Freshman, Sophomore, etc.)
Expected graduation date
School you are attending *Note: if this is different from your last semester, please let us know why you changed schools.*  

Attach your transcript to the email and send it to: info@cfwnv.org
Remember to send your transcripts in by January 31 for the previous fall semester and June 30 for the previous spring semester.
